Sounds awesome, right? Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js. Build and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS. Develop and maintain event-driven and messaging-based architectures using SQS and SNS. Design and manage serverless solutions with AWS Lambda. Work with DynamoDB to build high-performance, scalable data solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, low-latency backend services. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Must-have Skills +5 years of experience working as a Frontend Engineer. Strong experience with Node.js and backend application development. Hands-on experience with AWS, including: EC2 Lambda SQS SNS DynamoDB Experience designing and developing scalable distributed systems. Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures. Experience building RESTful APIs and backend integrations. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-have: AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Experience building systems that process millions of messages per day with high reliability. Experience designing and optimizing low-latency distributed systems. Knowledge of graceful degradation strategies to ensure service resilience under failure conditions. Experience with high-availability, fault-tolerant, and cloud-native architectures. Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability best practices.
