Product Configurator (Claims) / Functional Architect

will work continuously with technicians, product configurator, chain manager, product manager to maintain a logical structure in our system regarding the claims process and services. Responsibilities - Design, document, develop, maintain, improve, and configure all finance processes and business rules with a multi-country usability perspective. - Own end-to-end finance processes, considering the key stakeholders and customer needs. - Negotiate new services with suppliers, establishing collaboration and service level agreements. - Support and collaborate with other BU's or partners. - Design the applicable Target Operating Model in each relationship model (partners, customers, etc.) including SLAs, KRI definitions and monitoring. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, Master of Science, completed studies in business administration or IT. - Experience in business processes configuration. - Database knowledge (SQL/PL SQL Oracle). - 5+ years hands-on experience in similar roles. - Certifications: BPM, LSS. - Good written and verbal communication skills (English). - Analytical thinking to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions. - Customer focus.
