IT Maintenance Technician, Data Center Operations

Technicians in our Data Center Operations team perform hands-on hardware maintenance, including server installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of failed components like hard drives, memory modules, and network cards.

• Please note that this role involves working on a shift rotation that includes working early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays., * Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and network infrastructure issues with precision and efficiency
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement preventative solutions
• Maintain rigorous safety standards and contribute to a proactive safety culture
• Perform physical repairs and equipment maintenance across data center environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive technical solutions

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of server hardware and components
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair, * Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
