Technicians in our Data Center Operations team perform hands-on hardware maintenance, including server installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of failed components like hard drives, memory modules, and network cards.
- Please note that this role involves working on a shift rotation that includes working early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays., * Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and network infrastructure issues with precision and efficiency
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement preventative solutions
- Maintain rigorous safety standards and contribute to a proactive safety culture
- Perform physical repairs and equipment maintenance across data center environments

Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Knowledge of server hardware and components
