Job description
- Develop and implement advanced data science models and algorithms, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) to solve business problems.
- Utilize Azure Databricks to train, deploy, and monitor AI models, ensuring efficient data preparation and processing.
- Develop and maintain Python APIs (using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Tornado) to integrate AI models into scalable microservices.
- Ensure APIs are robust, secure, and optimized for high performance.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with data engineers to structure and clean data effectively.
- Work closely within the AI squad to streamline internal processes and develop new AI functionalities for clients and the business.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into data pipelines and workflows.
- Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
- Work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB to manage and retrieve data efficiently.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate them into the development of our AI solutions.
- Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance workflows and performance., * Lead high value-added strategic projects with a concrete business impact.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, with a strong emphasis on NLP.
- Proficiency in Python for data science with experience on libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, Scikit-learn and transformers.
- Experience in developing APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Tornado.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, ideally Azure (Databricks), for data pipeline development and model training and deployment.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial, embracing challenges with enthusiasm.
- Enthusiasm for AI technologies, with a commitment to staying up to date on industry trends and incorporating new advancements into your work.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
