Your squad owns a slice of the platform that moves money for Xe's customers, along with the services and partner integrations behind it. You align with adjacent squads when work crosses boundaries. What You'll Do - Lead the engineering team building and running your squad's slice of the platform, across the services, APIs, and partner integrations that move money for Xe's customers. - Set technical direction and lead the squad's hands-on engineering work: architecture, API design, code for the hard parts, design reviews, code review standards, and leading the squad's response to production incidents. - Own engineering delivery for the squad, iterating with the PM on roadmap, sprint plans, timelines, and what ships when. - Lead and support the engineers as people, not
