while reviewing designs for export control and compliance risks. - Perform and oversee SD configuration, unit testing, and integration testing for all enhancements and system changes, including ad-hoc queries and reports, and record all testing per Westinghouse standards. - Ensure adherence to compliance, export control, data privacy, and data migration standards. - Maintain solution documentation in ChaRM and Solution Manager, such as process flows. - Develop initial training materials and collaborate with the SAP Testing & Training team for final editing; then transition final materials to the training team. - Engage directly with users to resolve issues, improve system usage, and support escalations from the SAP support team, including issue resolution during hyper-care. - Provide process guidance based on expertise and best practices and offer backup support across other SAP modules. - Lead small cross-functional SAP projects and enhancements, coordinating with SAP development
Requirements
BASIS, Security, and other technical teams for on-time, on-budget, on-spec delivery. - Support cutover planning, go-live preparation, and evaluate the impact of new SAP functionality. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of SAP ECC Sales & Distribution configuration experience, including Customer Master, Material Master, and Tax emphasis. - At least 3 full-cycle Sales & Distribution implementations with E-Invoicing, including hands-on EDOC configuration with (Cloud) DRC. - Hands-on experience in full-cycle order-to-cash processes and SD sales order, delivery, billing, milestone-based billing, complex billing within EMEA, tax rules, and electronic invoicing. - Experience with SD sales order, delivery, billing, and complex billing and EMEA tax rules. - Experience with Multiple Source Data Analysis using tools including SQVI and Excel. - Experience in SmartForm design and output control. - Ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders and communicate effectively with end-users. - Knowledge of SAP security roles related to SD and SOX compliance. - Experience with Resource-Related Billing, Vertex, or other tax engines (plus). - Experience with export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (plus). - Experience in the nuclear or controlled material industry (plus). - Experience identifying and resolving deep-seated technical issues. - Experience with SAP development processes (change control, job scheduling, development methodologies, system landscape, application development, and backup and recovery). - Experience with S/4 HANA (plus).
