Platform Engineer

automation: Develop Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections for OS-level configuration and zero-downtime deployments. Provision and operate the cognitive service environments (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock) that our application teams consume. Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for infrastructure platform provisioning and configuration management. This is not a Cloud Architect, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect role. You will not set the overall cloud strategy or produce high-level reference architectures. You will not lead multi-team design forums or own architectural governance. Azure: strong hands-on experience (required). AWS: working hands-on experience (good to have). Linux administration: solid experience with RHEL, Debian, and Ubuntu (a plus) Windows hosts: comfortable managing them through automation. AI services (consumer side): comfortable provisioning, scaling, and supporting consumption of cognitive services such as Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock.
