We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS to join our team and drive the design, development, and evolution of modern cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Java microservices development, technical leadership experience, and a deep understanding of software architecture, API governance, testing strategies, and AWS cloud services. Location: 100 Remote (Spain-based candidates only) Language: English B2-C1 required Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor technical teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot. - Define software development standards, best practices, and REST API governance models. - Participate in architectural decision-making and technology strategy. - Establish and promote testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. - Perform code reviews and ensure software quality across development teams. - Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services. - Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Mandatory Technical Skills - Java - Spring Boot - JPA / Hibernate - AWS - JUnit / Mockito - Git - English (B2-C1) Required Experience - 5+ years of continuous, hands-on experience developing Java-based microservices using Spring Boot. - At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams. - Proven experience in

solution architecture design and technical leadership. - Strong expertise in defining development standards and REST API governance. - Advanced knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL. - Strong experience with JPA / Hibernate. - Experience defining testing strategies, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and End-to-End Testing. - Proven experience conducting code reviews and driving engineering best practices. - Demonstrable hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
