ITSM Data Engineer

As a Data Engineering Specialist, you are the technical backbone of bank's service management platform. You operate within the "Global Data Platform" (Azure-based), ensuring that ITSM data is not just stored, but intelligently managed. You will translate complex business rules and service management requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring that IT assets and service data are reliable, scalable, and secure., * Data Integration & ETL: Integrate data from various sources into the Global Data Platform using robust ETL processes.

• Business Rule Implementation: Translate ITSM and CMS business requirements into technical logic and system rules.
• Azure/Databricks Engineering: Manage and optimize data pipelines using Azure services and Databricks.
• Power BI Governance: Manage Power BI workspaces and dataflows to provide clear insights for process owners.
• Performance & Integrity: Continuously monitor system performance and data quality; document all processes and configurations to maintain auditability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business analysts and process owners to ensure the platform meets the needs of the wider organization.

• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (ADF, ADLS, DevOps), Databricks, and Apache Airflow.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management (CMS).
• Engineering Rigor: Proven ability to build and maintain reliable data integration pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical data challenges to non-technical stakeholders in English.
