An entrepreneurial Managing Consultant / Programa Manager IT Transformation who wants to make impact together with us at the Dutch government and the top 500 of Dutch business., For (semi-)government organizations and/or private organizations you independently or as part of a team carry out assignments. In the role of business consultant, project or program manager or interim manager you work on: In this role you work on IT transformation projects such as:

IT modernization and cloud migration: replacing legacy systems with cloud-based solutions within municipal services or ministries.

Process automation and RPA (Robotic Process Automation): digitizing permit granting, benefit processes or internal approval flows.

Digital services for citizens and companies: developing self-service portals, apps or chatbots for contact with the government.

Data-driven decision making: setting up dashboards, KPI systems and data analysis platforms to support policy decisions.

Cybersecurity and compliance implementation: ensuring that new digital processes comply with GDPR, NCSC guidelines and internal audits. Besides executing these projects at our clients, you are responsible for:

Building and coaching a team of Digital Consultants.

Guiding young professionals in their development towards project and change management.

Requirements
- You have a master's degree, preferably in a field such as information management, information sciences, business administration with a focus on IT, or another IT-related discipline.
- You have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, including demonstrable consulting experience as a project, program, or interim manager. In this role you have worked on complex digital transformation challenges at the intersection of business and IT/information management.
- You coach and guide colleagues in their professional development;
- You actively contribute to knowledge development and the positioning of Supply Value, for example through publications, events or the development of new propositions;
- You have a commercial mindset and take (shared) responsibility for acquiring assignments, both for yourself and for colleagues.
- You have an (post)academic working and thinking level.
- You have a relevant network within the government, the business community and/or the IT sector.
- You recognize yourself in the following competences: entrepreneurial, independent, decisive, result-oriented, customer-oriented, connecting, visionary and with leadership qualities.
