Job description
- Manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise SaaS applications from onboarding and implementation to renewal and retirement.
- Own and support enterprise SaaS platforms, ensuring security, compliance, resilience, and operational excellence.
- Manage identity and access integrations using SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, risk, procurement, and business teams to deliver secure SaaS solutions.
- Monitor platform availability, performance, incidents, and operational risks.
- Manage vendor relationships, release cycles, upgrades, and platform changes.
- Perform risk assessments and implement remediation activities to address security and compliance requirements.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and governance initiatives.
- Automate operational and governance processes to improve service efficiency.
- Manage SaaS license utilization, optimization, and cost transparency.
- Work with APIs, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, and Identity & Access Management technologies to support enterprise integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to platform standards, governance frameworks, and best practices., * Manage end-to-end SaaS platform lifecycle activities.
- Implement secure identity and access management solutions.
- Design and support SaaS integrations using APIs and cloud services.
- Monitor platform health and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Automate operational processes and governance workflows.
- Assess risks and implement effective remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Optimize SaaS licensing, platform performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Adapt to changing technologies and vendor-driven platform updates while delivering high-quality services in an Agile environment.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS Platform Engineering, Cloud Platform Engineering, Enterprise Application Support, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Incident Management, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle management, governance, security, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
- Knowledge of monitoring, operational excellence, resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, vendor management, and operational governance.
