Job description

Location: Reading (Hybrid) OR Fully Remote

Rate: Negotiable (IR35 Determination at offer stage)

Duration: 6 months (with a view to extend)

About the Client:

We are supporting a global leader in aviation technology and digital solutions that delivers missioncritical systems for airlines, airports, aircraft and governments worldwide.

The organisation is undertaking a large-scale Finance ERP Transformation Programme, implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud and introducing a new global operating model across more than 175 countries.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Change Management professional looking to build experience on a major international ERP transformation.

About the Role:

Working within the Programme Change Management team, you will support communications, stakeholder engagement, business readiness and training activities across the ERP transformation.

You'll work closely with senior Change Leads, business stakeholders and the Systems Integrator to help prepare end users for successful adoption of the new ERP platform and operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Delivery-

  • Support delivery of the programme Change Management plan.
  • Assist with change impact assessments across business functions.
  • Help maintain change action plans and readiness trackers.
  • Coordinate Change Champion activities across business teams.

Communications-

  • Support development of programme communications.
  • Produce newsletters, presentations and change updates.
  • Coordinate town halls and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain programme communication channels.

Stakeholder Engagement-

  • Build relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Support workshops and engagement sessions.
  • Capture stakeholder feedback and identify change risks.
  • Assist with resistance management activities.

Training Support-

  • Support development of training materials.
  • Coordinate learning schedules and training logistics.
  • Assist with Super User onboarding.
  • Track training completion and user readiness.

Business Readiness-

  • Support readiness assessments across functions.
  • Track readiness metrics and action plans.
  • Assist during cutover and Hypercare activities.
  • Produce reporting for Programme Leadership.

What we are looking for:

Required Experience-

  • 3-6 years' experience in Change Management, Communications, Business Transformation or Organisational Development.
  • Experience supporting ERP, Finance or Digital Transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing presentations, communications or training materials.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Fluent English.

Desirable-

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, Workday, Dynamics 365 or other enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to Finance Transformation programmes.
  • Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent Change Management training.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and collaboration tools.
  • Additional European languages.
