Job description
- Provide day-to-day support to users as the ERP specialist within our IT team.
- Work alongside our external SAP partner to resolve technical issues.
- Help develop new features and improvements within SAP B1.
- Contribute to the wider IT function to keep our systems reliable, secure, and effective.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to understand problems and deliver practical solutions.
- Support ongoing system improvements as our use of SAP B1 continues to expand.

Requirements
- At least two years experience supporting SAP Business One or a similar ERP system in a Windows environment.
- Experience providing end-user IT support.
- Experience writing and supporting Microsoft SQL.
- Experience supporting SAP Business One or another ERP platform.
- Organised and analytical, with the ability to manage our own workload while collaborating effectively with others.
- Experience of SAP Business One, manufacturing environments, and ERP modules or add-ons would be an advantage, but is not essential.
