Job description
We are investing heavily in Microsoft technologies and are looking for an experienced developer to help deliver the next stage of our digital transformation.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with teams across the business to improve systems, automate processes and develop new solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Developing and improving our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Building forms, workflows, automations, and integrations
- Working with staff to understand problems and turn ideas into practical solutions
- Supporting reporting and analytics using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Exploring opportunities to use Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI technologies
- Helping shape how our systems evolve as the organisation continues to grow
- Supporting and sharing knowledge with other technical team members
Requirements
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Experience building and supporting business systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with users and understanding business requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Desirable
- Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Copilot Studio or AI solutions
- APIs and system integrations
- JavaScript customisation and Dynamics extensions
- Experience mentoring developers or leading technical projects

Pay: £41,890.53-£60,000.00 per year
