Job description
- Assist the commercial team during the pre-sales process, including writing tender responses and planning project implementations.
- Manage the implementation of software solutions within Police Forces, other public sector agencies and private sector organisations, with projects typically ranging from three months to one year.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's software solutions in order to confidently demonstrate functionality, gather client requirements and liaise effectively with the development team.
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates and work alongside senior management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Travel throughout the UK and occasionally abroad to support software demonstrations, project implementation and client meetings.

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Requirements
We are seeking a Project Manager with a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and a passion for learning, to work closely with the commercial and development teams in delivering software projects from pre-sales through to successful implementation at client sites., The role would suit either an experienced Project Manager from within a software environment or a recent graduate with a related degree who is looking to build a career in software project management. Full support and ongoing development will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to grow your skills whilst taking on increasing responsibility., * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage clients at all levels.
- Strong written English with the ability to produce clear and compelling proposals.
- Ability to work as part of a small, hardworking, fun and engaging team.
- Confident in presenting and demonstrating software solutions.
- Previous Project Management experience is desirable; however, attitude, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for learning are equally important, and recent graduates with a relevant degree will be considered.
