Job description

  • Agile/Kanban delivery
  • Technical lead for a team of engineers
  • Mentor and coach developers, promoting engineering best practice
  • Manage and prioritise team backlogs, ensuring work is delivered to completion
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers, Architects and Product Managers
  • Provide technical updates and communicate progress to Delivery and HMRC stakeholders
  • Support solution design, code reviews and technical decision making
