Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Lead the design and implementation of intelligent, AI-driven solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), leveraging the GitHub ecosystem.

• Architect, build, and maintain advanced AI coding agents and automation workflows, with a focus on performance tuning and agentic logic refinement.
• Develop and enforce robust evaluation and quality assurance frameworks to ensure all AI solutions meet technical standards and best practices.
• Create, manage, and standardize prompt libraries, instruction sets, and organizational standards for consistent AI usage across engineering teams.
• Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into CI/CD pipelines and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for automated, end-to-end development processes.
• Collaborate strategically with cross-functional engineering teams to embed AI-driven processes into core SDLC methodologies.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python or TypeScript (Rust, Golang, or Java experience highly desirable).
• Apply deep expertise in the GitHub ecosystem, including CI/CD integration and automation tools, as well as familiarity with Claude Code or Codex.

Exhibit comprehensive understanding of AI frameworks and agent-based architectures, moving beyond simple prompts to complex, multi-step workflows.

• Uphold the highest engineering standards by writing clear, reusable code, prompts, and Skills, with thorough documentation.
