Job description

We are looking for an ADAS Hardware Integration Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of key Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) hardware and software components, ensuring their successful integration into our vehicles.

You will play a central part in delivering cutting-edge ADAS technologies, working across mechanical integration, component ownership and release, and supporting wider development activities. This is an opportunity to contribute to highly innovative projects while shaping the future of performance and luxury mobility.

You will be responsible for the mechanical integration of ADAS sensors within the vehicle, ensuring alignment with design requirements and vehicle architecture. This includes working closely with design and packaging teams to achieve seamless integration into vehicle surfaces.

Alongside this, you will own ADAS hardware and software components through their lifecycle, including release activities and BOM management. You will manage timing, cost and build support, resolving technical challenges as they arise and ensuring delivery against programme milestones.

You will also contribute to broader ADAS development activities, support integration of harnesses and interfaces, and help define and maintain design guidelines. As part of the team, you will share your expertise and provide guidance to more junior engineers.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of ADAS sensors and hardware, combined with experience in owning and delivering automotive electronic components.

You will ideally hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as Electrical, Electronic or Automotive Engineering. Practical experience with tools such as Vector CAN and vehicle diagnostics will support your success in the role, alongside familiarity with CAD tools such as NX.

A solid understanding of ADAS features and systems is important, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on delivery. A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel when required are also expected.

You are someone who takes ownership and is comfortable working to deadlines, while also supporting and challenging others to achieve shared goals. You bring attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

You will thrive in a collaborative setting, where creativity, agility and a forward-thinking approach are key to delivering ambitious targets.
