1st Line Support Engineer

• Provide 1st Line IT Support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and access issues
• Troubleshoot and support both Windows and macOS environments
• Set up, configure and deploy devices using Intune (Windows) and Jamf (macOS)
• Support user administration tasks including Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365
• Assist with device rollouts, refresh projects, and general deployment activities
• Log and manage incidents through the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to senior members of the IT team when required

• Experience in a 1st Line or Service Desk role
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
