Enterprise AI Architect

TRG are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, delivery, governance, and adoption of enterprise AI solutions across a modern technology ecosystem.This is a senior individual contributor role working at the intersection of AI strategy, solution architecture, project delivery, and business enablement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value AI opportunities, designing scalable solutions, driving implementation, and promoting AI adoption across the organisation.

The successful candidate must be based in the UK with the full right to work, and ability to go on-site 2-3 days a week in London., AI Architecture & Delivery

• Design and implement enterprise AI solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Snowflake AI and Salesforce Agentforce.
• Establish AI architecture standards, governance and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.

AI Projects & Transformation

• Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases with business stakeholders.
• Build business cases and manage AI initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Manage delivery partners and ensure successful project execution.

Adoption & Enablement

• Deliver AI training and enablement programmes for diverse user groups.
• Create user guides, playbooks and best-practice resources.
• Champion responsible AI adoption across the organisation.

• Experience across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Snowflake Cortex AI, and Salesforce Agentforce.
• Knowledge of Snowflake SQL and the broader Snowflake AI ecosystem.
• Experience driving technology adoption and user enablement programmes.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
