Job description

The Role Reporting into the Technical Support Manager, you will be interfacing with customers to assist in the use of our hardware and software, thus ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an office-based, hands-on role which requires good problem-solving skills along with good organization skills.

What will I be delivering? This role will consist of:

  • Daily technical customer support
  • The role is to explain to customers how to make the most of what is a complex technologies.
  • This can involve setting up systems in the lab to replicate application our customer are trying to setup.
  • It is also a case where application notes/ white paper will have to be written
  • You will be working with a team of engineer based in LA , Woburn or the UK
  • You will be the main technical contact point for our US based tiers1 customers and will be expected to regularly liaise teams of design engineers
  • System setup for evaluation

This is a fast-paced job where it is critical to promptly log and address requests received.

Requirements

· Previous experience working directly with customers. · High level knowledge of embedded engineering. · Pre and post sales customer support. Technical Skills and Qualifications

· Technical knowledge of VPX, VME, CPCI.

· Technical knowledge of Linux, Windows & VxWorks.

· Embedded System assembly and integration.
