Join a well-established Managed Service Provider where you'll play a key role in both project delivery and high-level technical support across a diverse client portfolio. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys variety, taking ownership of technical challenges, and working directly with customers to deliver reliable IT solutions.
Rather than spending every day purely on the service desk, you'll split your time between resolving complex technical escalations and delivering infrastructure projects, including Microsoft 365 deployments, Azure implementations, network upgrades, server installations, and cloud migrations. You'll work across a broad range of customer environments, giving you exposure to different technologies and the opportunity to make a real impact.
You'll also be involved in solution design, documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and helping customers modernise their IT infrastructure through proactive improvements and best practice recommendations.
This role would suit someone who thrives in an MSP environment, enjoys working across multiple technologies, and wants to continue developing their expertise in cloud, infrastructure, networking, and project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune & Entra ID experience
- Windows Server & Active Directory administration
- Solid networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Routing & Firewalls)
- Hyper-V virtualisation experience
- PowerShell scripting skills
- Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud or migration projects
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
