Job description
Our client is a well-established IT Managed Services provider, delivering managed IT, cloud and security services to clients across the UK & Europe. They operate a security-first culture and work across a broad technology stack including Dell, Cisco, Citrix and Microsoft. The Project Co-ordinator will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by coordinating activities, managing documentation and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, customers and third parties., * Support the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain and update project plans, schedules and trackers
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure timely task completion
- Organise and document project meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
- Monitor project progress and highlight risks, issues and dependencies
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date and stored correctly
- Assist with change management processes in a procedurally compliant manner
- Support project reporting including status updates, milestone reports, RAID logs and performance metrics
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication
- Support financial tracking of projects (POs, timesheets, cost tracking where required)
- Contribute to process improvements within the PMD
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a IT project coordination, administrative or delivery support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Confident coordinating between suppliers, customers and internal teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience within an IT services or managed services environment
- Understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure or cloud technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Project management certification (PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile or equivalent)
- Experience working with ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards within a projects environment
