Job description
- Lead current-state assessments of existing data management processes, tools, workflows, controls, and governance practices.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analyses between current Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities and target enterprise Data Governance models.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and develop a scalable data governance operating model aligned with business needs.
- Support the development of business cases for implementing data governance solutions, including scope, value drivers, and phased roadmaps.
- Create detailed documentation of data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, approval workflows, and governance checkpoints to ensure compliance and auditability., * Opportunity to work on impactful enterprise data initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8 to 10 years of experience in data management, data governance, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of data governance concepts such as ownership, stewardship, workflow, approvals, and data quality.
- Experience supporting or implementing enterprise MDM/MDG platforms; SAP MDG experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP data processes across domains like material, manufacturing, logistics, and quality operations.
- Proven ability to conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and develop strategic roadmaps for data governance initiatives.
