In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Requirements
*Hands-on administration experience with IBM Db2 for z/OS (v12 or v13) in production environments.
*Deep proficiency with Db2 utilities (REORG, RUNSTATS, COPY/RECOVER, LOAD/UNLOAD, CHECK), DDL, and package/plan bind/rebind.
*Expert performance tuning skills: buffer pool sizing/thresholds, statistics strategy, access path analysis (EXPLAIN), and concurrency/locking diagnostics.
*Strong experience working knowledge of z/OS operations (TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL, JES2/3) and dataset management.
*In depth understanding of data sharing/Parallel Sysplex fundamentals and group buffer pool concepts.

Expert level experience with IBM OMEGAMON for Db2 Performance Expert and related monitoring/reporting.

Proficient with IBM Db2 Utilities Suite automation and/or IBM Db2 Utilities Management tools.

In depth understanding of Db2 data sharing tuning (GBP sizing, castout, locking) and disaster recovery strategies.
*Solid experience with mainframe security (RACF) and least-privilege access models.
*Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to partner with developers and operations teams., * Advanced scripting/automation skills (REXX, Python on z/OS USS where applicable); experience with z/OSMF and Ansible for z/OS is a plus.

Experience in regulated industries (banking/finance/healthcare) and with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) would be a PLUS

AI-assisted development experience with Copilot or similar tools., * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
