Job description
- Manage and maintain Azure SQL Databases, ensuring high availability and performance optimization
- Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve database performance
- Perform query tuning, schema adjustments, and index optimization to enhance efficiency
- Support cloud migration efforts, including data movement and synchronization between on-premises and cloud environments

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Database Administration, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform, including multi-region configurations
- Proficiency in query performance tuning, troubleshooting, and database monitoring
- Knowledge of replication, CDC (Change Data Capture), and NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
