Lead performance testing strategy for GCP-based applications.
Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
Analyze performance across microservices, APIs, databases (including Cloud Spanner), and cloud infrastructure.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance improvements.
Lead and mentor a team of 4â5 Performance Engineers.
Partner with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to improve application performance.
Present performance metrics and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.

10+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience.
Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), JMeter, or Gatling.
Strong experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and performance analysis.
Experience with GCP observability and performance tuning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Previous experience leading performance testing teams in enterprise environments, preferably healthcare or financial services.
