Job description

Responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide customer training, system workflowintegration and image quality consultation for Carestream Health Imaging products. Additional responsibilities include on-site customer training, working closely with clinicians and professional staff to ensure proper and efficient operation of Carestream products. Products primarily supported are Direct Radiography systems which include but is not limited to the DRX-1 Retrofit system, Revolution portable, Evolution, and Compass DR systems. This position involves extensive travel throughout the U.S. Ideal candidate location is near a major airport., Work environment includes Hospital and Clinical settings within patient care areas. Extensive 90%-100% travel required. Works Independently Physical Requirements:

Standing: 76-100% Walking: 51-75% Sitting: 25-50% Bending: 25-50% Lifting up to 20 pounds: 25-50% Lifting 20-35 pounds: 25-50% Lifting 35-50 pounds: 0% Lifting 50-100 pounds: 0% Carrying, Pushing or Pulling: 1-25%

Requirements

  • Radiologic Technologist Degree, A.R.R.T. certification in Good Standing required
  • 3+ years of experience in related Radiology disciplines (e.g., CT, MR, US, CR, DR and Diagnostic Radiography)
  • Fundamental knowledge of Radiology workflow and departmental operations
  • A working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications to include Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Individual will exhibit a professional appearance and be effective with oral and written communication
  • Self motivated
  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple activities and to adapt to changes
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve customer satisfaction and Carestream business objectives.
  • Strong customer relations and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able and willing to travel extensively with valid driver's license.

Desired Skills:

Previous Carestream equipment experience desired but not required. Work Environment
