Job description

As a SAP Order to Cash Consultant, Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their customer relationship management processes within our SAP practice. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions and embracing ambiguity as opportunities for growth., * Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions effectively

  • Managing the integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications to optimize customer relationship processes
  • Providing training and support to clients for seamless adoption of SAP CRM systems
  • Collaborating with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
  • Developing business process improvements and modeling to enhance operational efficiency
  • Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
  • Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct
  • Leveraging business technology and CRM software to drive customer engagement and loyalty

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience

  • Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
  • Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
  • Engaging in customer relationship management and customer satisfaction
  • Applying business technology skills to enhance client solutions
  • Managing deployment and design implementation projects

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
