Job description

Position Summary... As a Data Analyst II, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques and business knowledge to support data-driven decision-making across multiple domains. This role involves identifying relevant data sources, ensuring data quality, and applying statistical methods to generate actionable insights for VIZIO's Inscape clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop visualizations and reports that effectively communicate findings, while supporting process improvements and project delivery. The position requires proficiency in data management, exploratory analysis, and clear communication to influence business outcomes and drive continuous improvement within a complex organizational environment. About the team: The team delivers VIZIO's Inscape TV data solutions to publishers, agencies, and brands by collaborating across functions with a foundation of respect, integrity, and accountability. Focused on continuous improvement, members utilize data insights and innovative approaches to enhance results. Leadership supports talent development through coaching and constructive feedback, fostering resilience and a growth mindset. What you'll do...

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making across multiple domains.

  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and visualizations using advanced tools to communicate findings effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

  • Support data quality management by profiling, cleansing, and validating data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Assist in the identification and sourcing of relevant data to address business challenges and improve processes.

  • Present analytical results clearly to stakeholders, adapting communication to different audiences.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in big data analytics and statistical techniques to support business problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Python libraries, Tableau, or PowerBI to create clear and impactful graphical representations.

  • Strong knowledge of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL for effective data sourcing and management.

  • Ability to analyze data quality, perform data cleansing, and support data governance practices.

  • Effective communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders across multiple business domains.

It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable., The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
