Job description
- Drive consistent project delivery encompassing project plans, release plans, resource allocation, and management of project risks, scope, schedule, and delivery value.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning.
- Track and communicate the project's progress regarding schedule, cost, and risk to the project team, stakeholders, and management.
- Establish an environment where teams can be highly effective, proactively identifying and removing obstacles.
- Protect the development team from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Foster a strong, collaborative relationship between the team, the Product Owner, and external stakeholders.
- Track and report team velocity and other critical project metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help teams increase overall productivity.
- Assist the Product Owner and team with effective Product Backlog management.
- Ensure teams are practicing and adhering to core Agile principles.
- Adhere to defined organizational project management practices.
- Perform additional project management responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models, combined with expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers, understand their business practices, and manage expectations effectively.
- Proven track record of setting clear performance standards and holding team members accountable while keeping the team engaged and on track.
- Ability to guide Product Owners in creating, refining, and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to accurately analyze and document business and system processes.
- Strong capability to balance the competing demands for quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
- Well-versed in both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Required Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe Certification is highly preferred.
- Prior hands-on experience working within the SAFe framework is a strong plus., * Current Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) (Required 1 Years)
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models (Required 10 Years)
- Solid understanding of Scrum / Kanban Agile Methodology and working experience in this area (Required 5 Years)
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building (Required 8 Years)

- Experience using SAFe Framework (Desired 1 Years)
