This involves scalability, performance and security concerns. The Network Engineer plans, designs, and evaluates new and existing computer network systems and services, including local area networks, wide area networks, intranets, and the Internet, providing analytical, technical, and administrative support. They are a part of a small team, and will need to be able to self manage often. Requirements
Candidates need to have experience managing, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco devices. They heavily use Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Meraki, so candidates either need experience with these tools or similar Cisco devices that will allow them to get up to speed quickly. They also need to have experience managing and configuring Palo Alto Firewalls or similar devices. This is a heavy Azure shop so candidates must have experience working with Microsoft Azure. They should be comfortable setting up VNets, Subnets, integrating with other platforms like Palo Alto, troubleshooting Azure networks, and have an overall comfortability with the platform itself. They will also be working with cross functional teams and need to be able to effectively communicate with vendors and executives.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
