As a Manager in our SAP practice, you will:

  • Lead SAP SD/OTC workstreams across implementation, migration, divestiture, testing, cutover, and go-live activities in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, documenting current- and future-state processes, and driving requirements sign-off with client stakeholders

  • Facilitate workshops and coordinate Deloitte and client teams on scope, sequencing, action items, risks, and issue resolution

  • Oversee delivery activities, including test planning, cutover planning, staffing coordination, statement of work support, and status tracking

  • Drive integrated business process execution through data conversion, integration coordination, user support, and collaboration across onsite and offshore teams A successful candidate would possess these skills, Deloitte's SAP practice helps clients design, implement, and sustain SAP-enabled transformations across core business functions. Our teams combine industry knowledge, functional experience, and technology capabilities to support first-time implementations, business-led enhancements, and large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.
