SAP S/4 EWM consultant

Are you an SAP S/4 EWM expert who thrives on leading complex warehouse transformations? We're looking for a Lead SAP S/4 EWM Functional Consultant to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise warehouse management solutions for a large-scale manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned consultant who has successfully delivered multiple SAP S/4 EWM implementations from blueprint through go-live. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 4 days onsite (Dallas, TX area) with 1 day remote, plus occasional travel to distribution centers during project milestones and go-live activities. Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4 EWM 2023 solutions.
• Facilitate blueprint workshops and translate business requirements into scalable warehouse processes.
• Configure inbound, outbound, production staging, kitting, wave management, physical inventory, and warehouse execution processes.
• Implement advanced EWM capabilities including Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting, and Material Flow System (MFS).
• Support integration with SAP Supply Chain solutions and manufacturing processes.
• Lead cutover planning, testing, data migration, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Serve as the primary SAP S/4 EWM subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business stakeholders., * Lead high-impact SAP S/4 EWM transformation initiatives.
• Work on complex manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Influence enterprise warehouse strategy while remaining hands-on with the latest SAP S/4 technologies.

• 15+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP S/4 EWM experience (embedded SAP S/4 EWM; legacy SCM EWM alone is not sufficient).
• Experience leading 3+ full lifecycle greenfield SAP S/4 EWM implementations from blueprint through post-go-live support.
• Deep expertise configuring:

• Warehouse organizational structure
• Handling Units (HU) and EWM master data
• Inbound and outbound warehouse processes
• Physical inventory and cycle counting
• RF Framework
• PPF (Post Processing Framework)
• EWM integrations and enhancement framework

• Experience supporting manufacturing or heavy industrial warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives as a senior individual contributor.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4 EWM certification.
• Experience integrating Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), or EWM Material Flow System (MFS).
• Working knowledge of ABAP debugging for troubleshooting custom enhancements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2023 implementations.
