Job description

Position Summary... The (USA) Staff, Technology Operations role is responsible for managing and overseeing technology programs with a focus on financial management, risk assessment, and operational efficiency. This position leads cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives while influencing stakeholders through clear communication and strategic insights. The role requires expertise in program planning, monitoring, and control, alongside a strong understanding of technology landscapes to drive impactful solutions. The successful candidate will support continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and contribute to achieving organizational goals through effective program execution. About the team: The Strategy & Tech Operations team leads the execution of critical business initiatives by integrating technology with operational strategies. This team manages program budgets, monitors progress, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborating across functions, they influence stakeholders and implement process improvements to boost efficiency. With expertise in financial management, change management, and technology trends, the team supports large-scale programs and delivers measurable business value. Their adaptability and strong communication skills enable them to navigate complex challenges and build productive partnerships, contributing significantly to the company's ongoing success and innovation.

What you'll do...

  • Manage program budgets by creating, monitoring, and providing inputs for business cases, Annual Operating Plans, and Long Range Plans.
  • Assess resource requirements and identify risks to ensure successful completion of projects with small to medium complexity.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones, lead cross-functional coordination meetings, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate key business considerations and support decision-making by analyzing organizational KPIs and financial goals.
  • Influence stakeholders through clear, concise communication and build collaborative relationships to drive program success.
  • Translate business requirements into strategic initiatives aligned with technology and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program management, including budgeting, estimation, monitoring, and risk mitigation for small to medium complexity projects.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in budget creation, tracking, and ROI projection.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure program alignment and delivery.
  • Proficient in business operations, KPI assessment, and applying organizational insights to support decision-making.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills to build consensus and convey complex information clearly.
  • Understanding of technology landscapes and ability to translate business requirements into strategic initiatives.
