Job description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
  • Perform application design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and production support.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to develop scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and recommend long-term improvements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews, development estimates, and project planning activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote software development best practices.
  • Ensure applications meet security, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree and 5+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java.
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot and Oracle Database.
  • Experience with application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in banking or financial services.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and system integrations.
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
