Job description
The Cybersecurity Engineer embeds security-by-design principles into system architecture, cloud infrastructure, software configuration, and data handling approaches developed during IOC. This role addresses access controls, data protection, segmentation, and preparatory RMF considerations to reduce authorization risk during follow-on implementation. Early cybersecurity involvement ensures autonomous pentesting capabilities are deployed responsibly and align with DoD cybersecurity requirements as the capability transitions into IOC execution.
Requirements
High School with 10+ years (or commensurate experience), + Clearance Required: TS/SCI CI Poly

10 yrs experience with DoD cybersecurity frameworks and RMF

Background in cloud and data security

Experience conducting penetration testing, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans

DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc)
