  • Partner with development teams to improve dashboards, reports, forecasts, tools, models, and other program tracking mechanisms.
  • Manage change across program scope, priorities, schedules, and requirements while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, large meetings, and cross-functional discussions to drive consensus, resolve conflicts, and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and network segmentation.
  • Experience managing projects in public cloud environments such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong ability to identify, track, and manage technical risks, dependencies, scope, timelines, resources, and program deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle practices, and continuous improvement approaches.
  • Strong business acumen, communication skills, and conflict resolution ability to align stakeholders, drive decisions, and maintain positive cross-functional team dynamics., * 9+ years of technical program management experience, or advanced degree combinations with relevant program management experience.
  • Experience working in enterprise cloud services, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, networking, distributed systems, or large enterprise customer environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with SDLC methodologies and tools, including Agile, SAFe, or similar delivery frameworks.
