Work with peers and other teams on high-severity, active support issues, prioritizing mitigation while investigating root-cause fixes. Provide on-call support and act as point of escalation for high-severity issues. Aid in the development and testing of operational tools and AI that improve efficiency through automation. Create and maintain team-specific knowledge-base articles and operational and training documentation. Conduct customer notification and workflow coordination with follow-up to maintain service level agreements. Deliver live streaming content to a high standard globally. Deliver reports to senior leadership. Assist in the training of new support staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a bachelor's degree and two years of experience. Must have two years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) scripting in modern programming languages; (2) troubleshooting and debugging technical systems and documenting findings; (3) agile/scrum or a related collaborative workflow; and (4) supporting a live streaming environment, including knowledge of video encoding and delivery, acquisition, codecs, adaptive bit rate video playback, common streaming protocols, and software support., Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
