Staff Software Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Staff Engineer, Software Engineering to join our clients product development teams in Austin, TX. The client develops advanced mixed signal integrated circuits (ICs) that often deploy embedded real-time software, including implementation of signal processing algorithms, to complement analog and digital sub-systems. You will join a team of gifted Software Engineers who work alongside teams of analog and digital designers through all stages of product development, from concept to delivery. You will have the opportunity to use your extensive technical skills and considerable experience within this position, as well as working on ground-breaking projects in an extraordinary environment surrounded by talented engineers.

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field

• 5 years of total experience
• Highly proficient in embedded C -Experience with DSP and ASP -Experience with Control Systems/System Debug

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-JIRA/GIT experience -Scripting skills - python/tickle
