Crop Dusting Application Records Specialist in DeKalb

Dekalb, IL | Crop Dusting Data Specialist | $20.00/ hour | Contract to Hire | M-F 8:00a -4:00p

Join a family owned agricultural team supporting aerial application (crop dusting) operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented Application Records Specialist to maintain accurate application records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support day-to-day agricultural operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate pesticide, fertilizer, and crop application records
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation required for regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with pilots, operations staff, and customers to collect application information
• Assist with scheduling updates and administrative support as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in agriculture
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
