Role summary: The Staff, Technical Program Manager within CTS Global Governance leads complex, large-scale programs spanning multiple teams to support secure, compliant operations across Walmart. This role drives end-to-end execution, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery, while partnering across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions. With governance oversight across CSOC, Threat, Computer Vision, and Aviation, alongside product recalls, cross-border trade compliance, and financial transaction integrity, the role advances operational excellence. The Staff TPM leverages modern tools, including GenAI and advanced analytics, to improve execution, increase visibility, and drive continuous improvement across programs. About the team: The CTS Global Governance team drives enterprise-wide governance by managing complex, cross-functional programs with clear accountability and timely delivery. Positioned at the intersection of technology, operations, and business, the team collaborates closely with product, engineering, and domain stakeholders to align priorities and enhance outcomes. They oversee critical areas such as CSOC, Threat, Computer Vision, and Aviation, ensuring compliance and operational integrity. By standardizing frameworks and continuously refining processes, the team supports Walmart's secure, efficient, and scalable operations across multiple organizations and geographies. What you'll do:
- Lead planning and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Define program goals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable, reliable solutions.
- Drive clarity in ambiguous environments by managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Establish and improve workflows, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks to enhance execution.
- Leverage modern tools, including GenAI, to improve planning, automate processes, and increase program visibility.
- Communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly and align stakeholders to deliver results.

Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with strong stakeholder and risk management.

Proven ability to define scope, timelines, and resource plans while managing dependencies and ambiguity.

Strong technical acumen translating product requirements into scalable, reliable systems.

Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud platforms, and modern infrastructure.

Track record of driving results through risk mitigation, execution rigor, and process improvement.
