Job description
As a CBRE Field Support Analyst, you will provide technical support and solutions to internal users as part of the Digital & Technology (D&T) Support function. This role is highly visible and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to support executive-level stakeholders. What You'll Do: - Provide general desktop and end-user support for hardware and software issues. - Respond to and resolve incident and service requests through ticketing systems. - Support MS Office Suite and backend Office environments. - Manage and troubleshoot MS Intune and Active Directory. - Maintain office technology and remote management tools. - Provide Level 1 & Level 2 enterprise support. - Edit and maintain documentation related to applications and hardware environments. - Support standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines. - Model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise desktop support experience required - Bachelor's degree preferred; without a degree, 5 additional years of experience required - Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders preferred - Strong understanding of standardized IT support procedures - Excellent communication and professionalism in fast-paced environments - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tickets

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
