Step into the cutting-edge world of Autonomous AI as the Product Manager for a product which focuses on Alerting, Traceability, Logging, Automated controls, & System observability you will spearhead our strategy for system safety, automated controls, and robust observability. In this transformational role, you will partner cross-functionally to build scalable, technology-driven architectures that deploy real-time alerts, ensure compliance, and drastically reduce incident recovery times. By applying human-centered design and integrated problem-solving, you will translate complex whitespace challenges into an iterative, game-changing roadmap that empowers our internal stakeholders. Ultimately, your business-focused vision and deep-dive analytics will mitigate risks, uncover hidden opportunities, and drive the strategic investments needed to win in the AI space., In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product Management:

Requirements
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
OR
- Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience, * Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Benefits & conditions
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
