Job description

Mac OS, Scripting Operations Automation Communication Desktop Support Slack (Software) Operating Systems Microsoft Outlook Business Valuation Desktop Environments Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Mobile Device Management Bash (Scripting Language) Limited User Administration Python (Programming Language) Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), * Hands-on Mac desktop support with limited Windows exposure

  • Printer and peripheral troubleshooting

  • Supporting walk-up, Slack, Teams, and email-based IT requests

  • Assisting with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning

  • Supporting internal pilot initiatives, including setup and configuration of AI-enabled devices

  • Communicating clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical users across all levels of the organization

Current Environment & Tools:

  • MacOS-focused desktop environments

  • Microsoft Outlook and Teams

  • Google Drive (file sharing and limited user administration)

  • Okta, Jira, Slack

  • Intune / MDM tools

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to basic scripting or automation (Python or Bash)

  • Startup or pilot-driven IT environments, Supporting primarily MacOS environments with limited Windows exposure; broader OS familiarity is a plus but not required.
