Job description

Kforce's client in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Junior Digital Optimization Analyst to support digital experimentation and A/B testing initiatives that enhance member experiences and drive business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital optimization, analytics, and experimentation. The Analyst will help plan, execute, monitor, and analyze tests while partnering with business stakeholders, developers, and senior team members to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. Experience with testing platforms such as Optimizely or Maximizer is highly desirable, as is familiarity with digital analytics tools and customer experience optimization. Duties:

  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B testing and digital optimization initiatives
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand testing concepts, objectives, and desired outcomes
  • Evaluate testing ideas and help refine or modify test hypotheses to ensure they deliver meaningful results
  • Create test plans, testing documentation, reporting materials, and other testing artifacts
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement and launch digital tests
  • Monitor tests and ensure proper execution throughout the testing lifecycle
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and summarize insights and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Track key performance metrics and report on testing outcomes using analytics tools
  • Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and project check-ins to support delivery timelines
  • Follow established quality, compliance, and testing processes while escalating issues when appropriate
  • Continuously build knowledge of digital optimization, experimentation, analytics, and customer experience best practices, * Use analytics and reporting tools to review test performance and measure outcomes
  • Assist with identifying trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations
  • Create and maintain testing documentation and status updates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate testing progress
  • Support reporting efforts and summarize test results for business partners

Requirements

  • Internship, coursework, or early professional experience in digital optimization is a plus
  • Ability to review data, identify trends, and summarize findings
  • Experience interpreting metrics and supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, developers, analysts, and project teams
  • Comfortable gathering requirements, documenting findings, and presenting results

Preferred Experience with:

  • Optimizely (highly preferred)
  • Maximizer (plus)
  • Adobe Analytics

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
