Job description

Day-to-Day:

  • Lead EOL and vulnerability remediation efforts across ESaaS and graph platforms
  • Perform hands-on engineering and architectural design for platform enhancements
  • Oversee 24x7 global platform operations and health monitoring
  • Implement security hardening strategies to address evolving threats
  • Design and maintain scalable, secure shared platforms
  • Support client onboarding, CI/CD integrations, and platform adoption best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues at scale
  • Drive operational excellence and reliability improvements
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement patches and upgrades
  • Participate in on-call rotations and weekend support as needed, Insight Global is seeking a Technology Services Lead - ESaaS & Graph Database Platforms to support a high-impact, enterprise-level environment. This individual will take ownership of platform stability, security, and modernization initiatives, ensuring critical systems remain resilient and scalable in the face of evolving risks. The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, focusing on vulnerability remediation, platform architecture, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments and brings a strong background in Elasticsearch or similar technologies, along with deep expertise in CI/CD, containerization, and large-scale production support.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of operational background

  • Strong expertise in managing large data platforms

  • Hands-on experience with: o Access control and security configurations o Build/deployment activities o Runtime configuration and platform tuning

  • Experience with containerized deployment models / container platforms

  • Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Git)

  • Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python)

  • Strong background in Linux/Unix system administration

  • Proven experience supporting large-scale production environments (vendor-based platforms)

  • Deep understanding of: o Platform security o Vulnerability remediation o Risk mitigation strategies

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, high-scale production issues

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Coordination experience with vendor teams

  • Working with onshore and offshore teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

  • Experience with Graph Database platforms
  • Exposure to AI-driven security or vulnerability risks
  • Experience leading platform modernization initiatives
  • Previous ownership of shared services platforms (ESaaS or similar)
  • Experience supporting global clients and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with patch management vs. full version upgrade strategies
