Manual QA Tester/ Project Manager

The QA Engineer will serve as a highly technical member of the team, partnering closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of both customer-facing and internal applications. On a daily basis, this individual will create and execute test plans, validate new features, and perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across a Ruby on Rails (Rails 8) environment. They will be responsible for testing web platforms as well as integrated hardware solutions, including lobby kiosks, point-of-sale systems, payment terminals, and printers, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality across the ecosystem. Additionally, this person will leverage their project management experience to help drive QA initiatives, coordinate testing efforts across teams, track defects to resolution, communicate project risks, and ensure releases remain on schedule while maintaining a high standard of quality.

3+ years of experience with Manual Testing

• Strong communication
• Strong experience working with Jira
• Ideally some experience in a BA or Project Management role
