Job description
- Build, launch, and maintain product detail pages (PDPs) in Shopify, including product descriptions, specifications, tags, metafields, and SEO metadata.
- Upload and optimize product imagery while ensuring consistent formatting and brand standards.
- Manage product information including pricing, variants, inventory timelines, and merchandising data.
- Perform thorough QA before and after launches to ensure site accuracy, functionality, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Merchandise collection pages based on product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
- Optimize product categorization, filters, tagging, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Conduct routine site audits, troubleshoot front-end issues, and monitor third-party integrations.
- Support promotional campaigns through discount codes, banners, pop-ups, promotional rules, and site updates.
- Partner closely with merchandising, creative, marketing, and development teams to execute ecommerce initiatives and site enhancements.
Requirements
We're partnering with a growing premium lifestyle and interiors brand to identify an Ecommerce Coordinator who will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of a Shopify ecommerce site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2+ years of ecommerce experience who enjoys balancing product launches, site merchandising, promotions, and cross-functional collaboration while helping deliver a seamless online shopping experience., * 1-2+ years of ecommerce, digital merchandising, or ecommerce operations experience.
- Hands-on experience managing products in Shopify.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with NetSuite and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
