Job description
Kforce is seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Architect to support a large enterprise organization's ongoing ERP transformation, financial systems initiatives, and cloud integration strategy. This individual will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize integrations across Oracle Fusion and other enterprise SaaS platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can bridge business requirements and technical execution while driving scalable integration solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations
- Serve as a technical advisor to business and technology stakeholders
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support Oracle Fusion enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives
- Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms
- Troubleshoot complex integration, data, and application issues
- Support enterprise modernization, automation, and data transformation efforts
- Contribute to analytics and AI-enabled data initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of Oracle Integration experience
- Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) expertise
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion environments
- Hands-on integration architecture and development experience
- Experience with APIs, cloud integrations, and middleware technologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Fusion implementation or transformation experience
- Financial systems or ERP experience
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting, or data analytics tools
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation, or data modernization initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
